Safety Rules

  1. You may shoot only within the boundaries indicated by the organiser or the referee. In the absence of the organiser or the referee, the game zone shall be determined by the captains of the teams involved in the game.
  2. You must wear your protective face mask at all times both in the safety and game zones.
  3. Otherwise you will be excluded from the game. You may take it off only if you have left the game zone, put away the marker and left the safety zone.
  4. Under no circumstances should you aim and shoot at people who are not involved in the game.
  5. Shooting at animals is strictly prohibited.
  6. You are prohibited to shoot at players from a distance that may cause damage to their body, especially at their heads (close range, approx. 5 metres).
  7. During the game you are allowed to use only paintball gear provided by the organiser.
  8. When leaving the game zone, you must secure the marker (put a barrel bag on and lock the trigger) and point the barrel to the ground. Under no circumstances should you aim at persons who are outside of the game zone. A breach or violation of this rule will result in the exclusion from further competition.
  9. Make sure that the barrel of the marker is not soiled, e.g. either with the ground or snow. Failing to do so may result in a fine.
  10. You are prohibited to use paintballs that are different from those provided by the organiser or to collect paintballs from the ground.
  11. As soon as you notice that someone is not wearing their face mask in the game zone, you must immediately stop the game and inform other participants, especially the organiser, the referee and the captain of the team. A breach or violation of this rule will result in the consequences described in Point 15  of the Safety Rules.
  12. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are prohibited to enter the field. The organisers reserve the right to remove persons who may be suspected of being under the influence of these substances without the right to a refund.
  13. Any damage to or malfunction of the equipment as well as the suspicious behaviour of other players must be reported immediately to the organiser, the referee or the captain of the team.
  14. Any breach or violation of the Rules must be reported immediately to the organiser, the referee or the captain of the team. The breach or violation of the Rules will result in the consequences described in Point 15 of the Safety Rules.
  15. A person who breaches or violates the Rules will receive a warning from the organiser, the referee or the captain of the team. A second warning results in the exclusion from the game without the right to claim a refund. However, the organiser, the referee or the captain of the team may exclude the player after they have received a first warning if their behaviour suggests that they might breach or violate the Rules again.
  16. The organiser is obliged to instruct the participants on how to use paintball equipment.
  17. A breach or violation of selected Safety Rules may result in a civil or criminal liability.
  18. Any matters not covered by the Rules shall be governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Poland of 23 April 1964 (Polish Civil Code, CC).
